Strengths: easy set-up
Weaknesses: Slow network performance
Review: I had no trouble installing this product. My beef is that it has decreased my network performance significantly. Without the FVS318 in my network scheme, I was getting 4 Mbps form my cable connection, but with this in place, I get about 1 Mbps (i.e. 75% drop in bandwidth) even when I am the only device logged on to the network. I had expected a slight performance hit, but nothing like this.

Strengths: size and umm... i suppose the reliability -- so far it's been running solid
Weaknesses: VPN is a marketing slogan. To use VPN, you need to buy 40 bucks per license software. Overpriced -- 70 bucks gets you much more elsewhere.
Review:  Other than the capacity to add VPN clients (at additional cost – 40 bucks per user license) this router is nothing extraordinary -- it works, but so do others for less. The OS is the same as the one included in cheaper wireless routers.
